Hi, I'm Cherise

I’m an independent personal trainer based in Toronto, Canada. I’m passionate about wellness and fitness, with a strong focus on making movement fun, empowering, and sustainable.

 

Strength training changed my life. I realized its power not just to transform bodies—but to uplift minds, build confidence, and create real, lasting change. That’s when I knew I wanted to dedicate my career to helping others feel strong and capable, too.

 

Throughout my journey, I saw a gap between fitness and sustainability. I want to help my clients build strength in the gym—but also find joy in movement outside of it. Whether it’s dancing with friends or walking with intention, you can be healthy and still have fun. My goal is to lead by example and help others live a life that feels full, balanced, and deeply theirs.

 

To me, fitness is about more than aesthetics. It’s about showing up for yourself, cultivating resilience, and experiencing that incredible rush of confidence when you push past limits. I discovered my passion for strength training during one of the hardest times of my life—and the gym became a sanctuary. A space to rebuild, reconnect with my body, and nurture my mind. Through that process, I became stronger in every sense of the word.

 

Now, I’m here to walk alongside others on their own path to self-discovery. Whether you’re new to movement or already deep in your fitness journey, I’ll meet you where you are. My mission is to help you create healthy habits that feel sustainable, offer real accountability, and remind you of your own power—every step of the way.
