FITNESS ASSESSMENT

Start strong with a full-body fitness assessment that evaluates your mobility, stability, and foundational movements like squats and hinges. This 60-minute session gives us a clear picture of your strengths and areas for growth—so we can set intentional, achievable goals from the jump.
