Start your journey towards a healthier and stronger you! There are 4 types of personal training services available: 1:1, partner, small group (3+ people) and remote. Personal Training with Cherise will hold you accountable to your goals through personalized programming, encourage healthy day-to-day habits and ensure that you feel like your strongest and most confident self. Using the link below, please select a date/time for an introduction call with Cherise and after completing the application form, you will be contacted and further continue with the application process.
